The scans are from a booklet promoting Raul Hellbergs bicycle shops (pyöräkirja = bicycle book). Raul Hellberg was the undisputed cycling champion in Finland of his time, with 24 Finnish championships and two Nordic championships. 

Back in the days Hellberg also organized a cycling competition in Porvoo that is still held every year. The legend tells that he organized it so that the second prize was the best one, he knew he would win and he wanted the others to race for second. A nice guy.
